Adam Roseman currently serves as Co-Founder & Chief Purpose Officer of Steady and SteadyIQ, an AI/ML growth-stage B2G, B2B and B2C business that serves as the leading non-standard worker (1099) data platform, helping millions of workers earn more, access lending and access public benefits.

Adam served as Founding CEO from their inception in August 2017 until January of 2023.  Adam grew Steady from winning the Startup Pitch in 2017 at Money2020 to a #86 overall ranking and #7 in financial services in 2002 in the INC 5000.

Adam has over 20 years of operating, corporate finance, M&A and private equity experience in a variety of industries and across the U.S., Asia and Latin America, with the heaviest concentration of transaction and Board activity included consumer products & services (strength in optimizing unit economics, high ROI growth and finding new revenue opportunities), hospitality and sustainability. Adam has led dozens of public and private growth financings, recapitalizations, restructurings, exits; along with strategic partnerships between some of the most recognizable celebrity talent and global consumer brands. He was previously honored as one of Advertising Age’s Global 40 under 40 in Marketing and Advertising, Los Angeles Business Journal’s 30 under 30 and Financial Technology Report’s Top 50 Financial Technology CEOs.
