Justin Nedelman focuses on retail, hospitality, restaurants, real estate and leisure verticals. He is an entrepreneurial, hands-on CEO with deep experience building companies from the ground up.

Mr. Nedelman most recently was the CEO of Eureka Restaurant Group, LLC (Eureka!), a $100MM award winning polished casual restaurant company with 1,800 employees in 26 locations in 6 states. Mr. Nedelman lead the company from concept creation in 2009 through rapid growth through December 2020 and was simultaneously the CEO and the de facto Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for 9 of his 11 year tenure.

Prior to Eureka!, Mr. Nedelman was a Partner at Investwest Companies, a boutique commercial real estate fully integrated investment, development and property management company where he negotiated over 100 retail leases and managed debt and equity financing for all types of developments. Prior to Investwest, Mr. Nedelman was a Senior Director at Partners Reality Capital.

Mr. Nedelman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and the California Restaurant Association and has been a registered real estate Broker in the State of California for over 20 years. Mr. Nedelman sits on the board of the Collins College of Hospitality at California Polytechnic State University in Pomona and is an active member of the Santa Monica Bay Young Presidents Organization (YPO) chapter.
