Pavel Shoykhetmen joined Corbel Capital Partners in 2017  and services as Co-CFO.

Pavel has over 16 years accounting and M&A advisory experience and oversees Corbel’s financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Pavel regularly partakes in investment due diligence alongside the transaction teams and has worked directly with portfolio management teams to improve accounting and reporting.

  While at RSM, Pavel advised on nearly 100 buy-side and sell-side transactions on behalf of private equity and strategic clients. Target companies were primarily in the industrial products, construction and consumer products industries and ranged between $10 million and $300 million in annual revenue.

• CTS Capital Advisors, Associate, Transaction Advisory Services
  Provided buy-side due diligence and recurring portfolio updates to private equity and debt clients.
