Ravi was previously Chief Financial Officer of Heal, a technology-enabled in-home value-based primary care provider. Under his leadership, Heal transitioned from an episodic, fee-for-service urgent care provider to a high-growth primary care entity focused on seniors, leading to the acquisition of the Company by Centerwell, a subsidiary of Humana, in 2023.

Prior to his role at Heal, Mr. Guha served as a Managing Director at Canyon Capital Advisors, a prominent multi-asset, multi-strategy hedge fund with $24 billion of assets under management. Over 17 years, he led Canyon's investment efforts in the healthcare sector, investing across the capital structure.
