Corbel Capital Partners closed a structured investment into Advanced Markets Holdings, LLC ("Advanced Markets" or the "Company") in partnership with FXFY LLC (“Forexify”), a fintech-focused independent sponsor. New investors Corbel and Forexify join existing shareholders Macquarie Group and GFI Group LLC, a subsidiary of BGC Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: BGCP) who have reduced their stakes to accommodate new investors for the next phase of Advanced Markets' growth.
